Question: How can I get into the Members Only Section of the Web Site? I keep getting an error message.
Answer: First of all you need a user name and password to get into the Members Only Section. If you do not know what it is, you can contact the webmaster .
Second, for some reason, AOL (and maybe some other internet providers) does not permit us access to the Members Only section. The work around for this problem is as follows: 1. Log onto AOL as you usually do.
2. Minimize AOL. You can minimize the America Online screen by left clicking on the left most of the three boxes in the upper right corner of the screen. It's the box that has the underline in it.
3. Enter Internet Explorer. You can do this in several ways. You can click on the blue "e" Internet Explorer icon that may be on your desktop or on a status bar. You can also enter Internet Explorer through the start menu as follows: a. Click on the "Start" button on the bottom left of the screen. b. Click on "Programs". c. Click on "Internet Explorer".
4. Type in http://graceluthchurch.org in the address window towards the top of the screen. Click on the "GO" button to the right of the address window.
5. You should now be on the home page of Grace Lutheran. You may want to add this web site to your lists of favorites (usually on a status bar along the top of the page) then "add" the site (the add is at the top of the panel that just appeared on the left side of the screen).
6. Click on the Members Only Section line on the right of the screen.
7. An Enter Network Password box will pop up. Enter the User Name and Password then click OK to get into the Members Only Section.
